On the Sabbath Day, Mary Magdalene
went to the tomb and found the tomb empty. She was surprised. The angels told her that he had risen and so she went to tell the disciples what she had been told. Some of the disciples believed her but some didn't. So two of the disciples went to check the tomb and Jesus wasn't there.
Then they saw a stranger. While they had a meal together, the stranger broke bread and that’s when they realized that the stranger was Jesus.
They were so happy that Jesus had risen again.
