Run For Your Life!

Be A Professional Like Me!



WALT write a procedure about Softball.
I know this when I can use adjectives and verbs to interest the reader.

How To Practise Your Softball Passes?


What you need:
  • Softball
  • Large piece of land
  • Partner


Steps:


  1. Stand up with a ball facing your partner, then tell your partner to make a butterfly using their hands.


  1. Then you have to pass the ball by doing an underarm pass. If your partner catches the ball your partner has to pass it back to you.


  1. Then your partner has to move 2 steps backwards for a harder level.


  1. Then you have to do an underarm pass to your partner and if your partner catches it they have to pass back to you again.


  1. You repeat the throws until one of you drops it.


  1. After a certain distance, use overarm throws to pass the ball to each other.


  1. Once the ball drops, you and your partner have to sit down.


  1. Once everyone is out, the next round starts.

9. Keep practicing until you master the overarm and underarm pass.

Go To A Cool School!

St. Patrick's School is an institution educated for kids that from 5 to 14.

St. Patrick’s School students goes to school for a good education and to learn new skills and gain knowledge about the world around us.
Teachers help the students learn by teaching them all about different subjects such as  Religious education, maths and reading. The principal is the person who runs and leads the school. The staff are the people who help the students with the lunch orders, learning, attendance and preparing trips and special occasions.

There are lots of different events that happen in St. Patrick's School.
There is Athletics Day. This is when kids have fun and to get fit. Daffodil Day is a day when students donate money to the cancer society to help the people who have cancer. Mission Day is a day when students can help orphans, poor and the sick to help them have a better life and to get all their needs.

What are the facilities in schools?
St. Patrick’s School has a sick bay. The sick bay is where pupils go to when they are hurt or not feeling well. There is also an office. This is where teachers get together for a meeting or a cup of tea. A lunch room is where the kids can order lunch. There is also a library where the kids can borrow books to read and to learn more.

School is the best place to learn because you will make friends, learn new things and children can play awesome and fun sports. People use different digital things like Chromebooks and technology that people have never experienced.
