The Astonishing Pyramid Of Healthy Foods

We are learning about what food are healthy for your body.

I know I have learned this by making a food pyramid about what kind of food is healthy for you.
Fruits can be 2 to 4 servings a day, and vegetables and be 3 to 4 servings a wee. Also meat can be 
3 servings a day, and dairy products can be 2 to 3 servings a day. And bread, pasta and rice can be 6 to 11
servings a day. Even sweets can only be 1 serving a week. My digital object shows food that are healthy and how many you eat a week.
