"Sugar" That Is What You Are!

Caramelised Sugar!

Ingridients:
  • 3 types of sugar
  • 3 square tinfoil
  • Matches
  • Cloth
  • Spoon
  • Saucepan
Procedure:

  1. Turn on the stove, to low heat
  2. Slowly pour in sugar into the saucepan.
  3. Using a spoon mix the sugar, try not to burn it.
  4. When all liquid, pour liquid into tinfoil.
  5. Wait for sugar to cool until solid.
  6. Peel off foil, and eat.
  7. If bitter taste burn, if sweet, smooth taste then it’s cooked to perfection.

Yummy, Yummy, Sweet, Donuts!

WALT write a procedure by Putting the steps in order. I now this when I can put the instructions in order.
Ingredients:
* 2 cups of all purpose flour
* ½ cup of sugar
* Pinch of salt
* 1 & ½ tablespoon of baking powder
* 1 egg
* 4 tablespoons of oil
* ¼ cup of milk
* Oil for deep frying
How to make it?
1. Sift flour and baking powder in a large bowl.
2. Add sugar and salt, then mix.
3. In a another bowl slightly beat and egg and mix oil.
4. Mix in flour mixture until crumbly.
5. Stir in milk.
6. With floured hand lightly knead the dough until smooth, then add a little bit of flour.
7. Leave the dough in a large mixing bowl in a warm place for about 2 hours.                       
8. Roll the dough into ¼ inch thickness on a floured surface.                                                    
9. Dip the donuts cutter in flour, use to cut-out donuts.
10. Heat up the oil for deep frying.                                                                                                11. Carefully drop donuts into hot oil, only a few at a time. 12. Fry turning once for 3 minutes or until golden brown. 13. Remove from oil and drain onto paper. 14. Sprinkle with white powder sugar or cinnamon (Not to much) Does it taste crunchy and sweet?
