WALHT-use ethos, pathos and logos to persuade my audience.

Healthy lunches can affect your life! Bringing healthy lunches to school is a good idea because they will keep you energized, healthy, strong, and bring nutrition into your body.

The benefits for vegetables for lunch are out of this planet. They will give your body potassium, vitamin A, B and C. Vegetables are at the top of the food pyramid they are like super foods that make your body a super body. Also the good thing is that they taste deliciou`s and they will fight any kind of disease. Researchers from the Food Council Of California says that vegetables can make your life longer by five years or more but the more your eat the longer you will. That would be awesome!

If you pack fruits for lunch they will lower the chance for getting cancer, heart attack and a stroke.
This will also give your body a diet and make your inside stronger and healthier. There are hundreds of benefits of fruits and same a vegetables. Do this everyday and your wish will come true.

From now on packing super healthy foods for your lunch will and always affect your life and keep your body as healthy as possible. This idea should spread around and make schools to tell their students to pack healthy lunches.
