I found this activity persuasive because of the ways that people can live longer. In this article it shows me how being healthy will make your lifespan increase.
At this moment more than a hundred elderlies are over 100 years old. There are so many elderly people, that they even have a nickname which is elderly. These people have no illness, so diabetes, no high blood pressure, and no diseases that might affect their health in any way.
Scientists are now discovering a way people can live longer, by having good diets and many more to reach a long lifespan. People say, that it’ the diet that people have can affect your body, also they say that smoking and drinking alcohol, can too. Researchers say that these things can too affect you but it’s not the only thing that can kill you.
To conclusion the article shows that, it’s probably the environment that you live in, but it can also be a huge hint of LUCK!
